A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Production Engineer with us, you will play a key role in the development of future production. You will be responsible for production adaptation, quality assurance, and cost optimization of the manufacturing of turbine guide rails and turbine blades.

The work combines daily operational tasks with long-term strategic improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production, engineering, design, and quality to ensure stable, efficient, and manufacturable processes.

The role is crucial for strengthening both the department's and the company's competitiveness.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Adapt production and optimize costs for the manufacturing of Core Engine products.
  • Develop processes, methods, and tools that enhance production safety and efficiency.
  • Drive improvement work, flow optimization, and lead time reduction.
  • Conduct production reviews of drawing documentation and manage drawing changes.
  • Create CNC programs, robot programs, or other control software for production equipment, and make program changes as needed.
  • Participate in and drive local improvement work and address issues for further investigation.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and contribute to the department's NCR management.
  • Provide technical documentation for machine investments and ensure manufacturability.
  • Coordinate, assess needs, and schedule meetings for the introduction of new details.
  • Ensure timely procurement of production tools at predictable costs.
  • Be responsible for maintenance and updating of technical instructions (TI).
  • Actively participate in relevant iPPQ and PPQ processes.
